Who sells this. Risen Design is a service of Majesty International, a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Fishers, Indiana. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Majesty International's account and appear on your statement as Risen.
What you're buying. Risen Ads credits are a software service. Credits pay for AI-written marketing copy, ad images built from your own product photos, and email layouts in the Risen portal. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no products are sold on your behalf. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you pay.
Credits. Each pack is a one-time card payment through Stripe, not a subscription. Credits don't expire while your account is active. Each thing you create uses the credits shown before you press Create.
Refunds. If a creation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; used credits can't. Email hello@risendesign.app with the email address you paid with, and we'll reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the original card.
Billing questions and disputes. If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at hello@risendesign.app. We'll investigate and correct any error, usually faster than a card dispute.
Your content. You review everything before you use it, and you're responsible for what you publish, including advertising platform rules (for example Meta's and Google's), manufacturer pricing rules, and the law. The tool keeps prices out of ads and keeps weapon products out of Facebook, Google and local-ad copy for stores that sell them, but it can still make mistakes.
Fair use. Don't use the service for anything illegal, misleading, or that a platform's policies prohibit. We may suspend an account that does.
